Sharon Metzger moved from western North Carolina to Boston in 1985, where she met the Boston Church and was baptized in 1986 in the MIT campus ministry. She and Michael married in 1999 and have two college sons. Ben is currently living in Zagreb, Croatia, and Christopher is studying in western Massachusetts. Sharon and Michael currently serve as European Missions Society ambassadors in the Boston Church Northwest Region.

 

Sharon's degrees are in technical and professional communication, and she has worked as a technical writer for software companies through her entire career. Her extracurricular volunteer service has been around newsletters and websites for a variety of groups such as school PTOs, local family networks, and professional societies. She has produced weekly bulletins in several regions of the church.
